We are HIRING! Fulfillment + Shop Associate in Winter Park, FL

Cami Monet is seeking a part-time shop associate to assist with packaging products, order fulfillment, inventory management, customer experience, merchandising, and general shopkeeper duties. The ideal candidate is extremely self-motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented and of course, likes to make everything FUN! (It’s kinda what we do around here.)

This position is based in Winter Park, Florida. Please do not apply if you are not local.

What You’ll Be Doing

Opening our retail store daily, replenishing products, running the cash register and assisting customers with finding the perfect gift. Friendly customer service and outgoing, fun personality is a MUST. We are all about making our customer's day in our tiny space! Being able to curate gifts and party ideas is something we pride ourselves on.
Answer customer questions about our products and creatively drive sales
Packaging our beautiful products with extra care to detail. Packaging includes: sleeving products, stickering, tying ribbons, gluing, scoring paper, boxing items, etc.
Pulling customer and wholesale orders for our shipping manager
Organizing shop inventory and maintaining accurate inventory counts for products using my inventory software.
As a test of your attention to detail, include the words “chipmunk party” in your email.
Maintaining a clean and organized work space and studio (this will include taking out the trash, cleaning the litterbox (welp, you gotta do what ya gotta do) sweeping & dusting workspaces, etc.)
Taking notice of stock and items that need to be replenished/re-ordered and assuring that stored materials are well organized and labeled appropriately.
Continually looking for ways to improve and streamline shop processes

Other Details

This job is extremely hands-on and requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, plus the occasional heavy box pick-up.
We work fast and often have tight shipping deadlines. Individuals who are self-starters will thrive.
You may be working alone for some periods of time.
BONUS POINTS: You are familiar with Shopify, Shipstation, Etsy, Faire or Trunk Inventory and/or have a background in e-commerce or merchandising for retail. You are great at social media content and know how to get the girlies to shop. There is room for growth within this role for marketing, design, etc. Let me know your skillzzz!
Hours and days are flexible, but ideal candidate will be available M-F, 10-4 during store hours. You would be on schedule typically 2-3 days a week. We are hoping to be open on Saturdays, so if you have the availability work Saturdays 10-4, let me know.
Payment is $15 an hour.
