My brides can typically expect to spend around $4,200 for 100 custom watercolor invitation suites (invitation + envelopes, RSVP card + envelopes and a details card). Pricing varies depending on quantity and additional pieces such as maps, envelope liners, wax seals and any other fun extras we dream up. After filling out my custom invitation questionnaire, I’ll send you a proposal tailored to your wants, wishes and budget. Once your customized package is all squared away (you know, all those nitty-gritty details), you’ll get a fun little “homework” assignment from me: the very official Love Story & Invitation Details questionnaire. This is the stuff that inspires the rest of the process! You’ll also get access to a customized (sensing a theme here?) client portal that keeps all of our documents and proofs in one place.
Now that I know how you two met, the colors that make your heart go pitter-patter and your pet’s names (see I told ya this was important stuff), I create your very own custom look book that includes a color palette, design aesthetic, inspiration images, and the heart behind your invitations. You’ll also get an artist sketch of your invitation artwork and details so we can make sure you 100% love it before I crack open the paint palette.
Once you approve the sketch, the REAL fun part begins! I paint your custom stationery, and then you’ll receive the beautiful watercolor proofs for printing approval. We’ll take care of any tweaks here and ensure every detail is perfect.
Your pretty paper pieces are off to the printer, and then I start working on assembly for you. Envelope calligraphy, custom stamps, wax seals — I take care of the gluing, stamping and sticking so you can just sit back and relax and enjoy date night on the couch, without any extra to-dos. (Because I’ve been there, and I know how that wedding checklist can add up QUICK.)
Your invitations arrive in your guests’ mailboxes, and you get to put on a beautiful white dress and marry the love of your life. Sounds good right??
