Stationery Store Day is a national celebration of your favorite local stationery shops—the small-but-mighty places filled with greeting cards, notepads, stickers, and sparkly things you never knew you needed (but absolutely must have).
Founded in 2022 by Kristina Burkey, owner of Calliope in Massachusetts, Stationery Store Day was created to honor independent brick-and-mortar stationery shops and connect lovers of snail mail, journaling, and beautiful design. It's a chance to show love to your favorite paper shop (hey, that’s us!) and discover limited-edition goodies, store exclusives, and fun surprises that make shopping IRL so worth it.
Here at Cami Monet in Winter Park, Florida , we’ve been celebrating Stationery Store Day since the very beginning—and 2025 marks our FOURTH year of hosting!
What started as a sweet little celebration has turned into one of our favorite days of the year. Every August, our tiny-but-mighty shop turns into a full-blown paper party with local treats, surprise grab bags, and smiles all around.
This year’s event is shaping up to be our best one yet—and you’re invited!
