Hiring Seasonal Help! Cami Monet Retail Associate

Cami Monet is seeking part-time seasonal help with weekend availability for a retail associate in our Winter Park storefront. The ideal candidate is extremely self-motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented and of course, likes to make everything fun! (It’s kinda what we do around here.)

What You’ll Be Doing

Replenishing products, running the cash register and assisting customers with finding the perfect gift. Friendly customer service is a MUST. We are all about making our customer's day in our tiny space!
Using upselling techniques to increase store sales with product pairings
Packaging products with extra care to detail in any down time. Packaging includes: sleeving products, stickering, tying ribbons, gluing, scoring paper, boxing items, etc.
As a test of your attention to detail, include the words “reindeer games" in the first paragraph of your email.
Maintaining a clean and organized shop space (this will include taking out the trash, sweeping & dusting workspace, etc.)
Taking notice of stock and items that need to be replenished/re-ordered and assuring that stored materials are well organized and labeled appropriately.
Continually looking for ways to improve and streamline shop processes.

Other Details

Saturday availability from 10-4 is a must. We are looking to be open on Saturdays until Christmas.
This role is approximately 6-10 hours a week with room to grow.
Payment is $15 an hour. This job is considered an independent contractor position.
This position is SEASONAL and candidate understands the role is currently for the holiday season only.
