I’m on the lookout for a virtual studio assistant who is a self-starting go-getter. This paid position will be very versatile, and it has the potential to shift into something bigger as we learn how to work together. I am specifically looking for someone who can help me grow in the product side of my business, so I can focus more on painting and creating. My ideal candidate is comfortable pitching ideas for content, growth and strategy — I’d love a dynamic executor who can come in and say “Here’s what we can do for X!” and “I have this idea!” rather than me delegating every task. Being organized and self-motivated is my top requirement.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills 
• Able to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent copywriting skills and understanding of the Cami Monet brand voice
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Shopify and Etsy experience
• Proficiency in a design software like Photoshop
• Knowledge of current industry trends
• Well-versed in design 
• Must love paper! (and cats)
• Knowledge of email marketing a plus
• Knowledge of programs like Dubsado, Flodesk, Airtable and Trello a plus
• Knowledge of SEO a plus

Potential tasks:

• Researching and curating new wholesale accounts
• Fostering wholesale account relationships and reaching out for partnerships and PR opportunities
• Creating email campaigns for both wholesale and retail outreach
• Creating graphics for banners, emails, promotions, ads and social media campaigns
• Creating assets like wholesale catalogs or stationery guides
• Writing content for social media and blog posts
• Helping to create content strategies and sales strategies on platforms like Pinterest, email marketing, etc. 
• Assisting with project management
• Managing and organizing inventory spreadsheets
• Updating product listings on Etsy, Shopify and Faire
• Helping with product design and development
• Assisting with ordering products and materials

The Nitty-Gritty

• This position can be done remotely, but if you’re local to Orlando, FL that would be a huge plus! (Hellloo studio parties and coffee breaks!) 
• I’d like to start with 5-10/hours per week, but hours are flexible and open for discussion.
• I’m looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
