Cami Monet is seeking a part-time studio assistant (15-25 hours a week, with room to grow into full-time) to assist with packaging products, order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate is extremely self-motivated, self-sufficient, detail-oriented and of course, likes to make everything fun! (It’s kinda what we do around here.)

This position is based in Winter Park, Florida. Please do not apply if you are not local.

What You’ll Be Doing

Packaging products with extra care to detail. Packaging includes: sleeving products, stickering, tying ribbons, gluing, scoring paper, boxing items, etc.
Pulling customer and wholesale orders, packing/assembling orders, and shipping orders to meet required deadlines using a shipping software.
Organizing shop inventory and maintaining accurate inventory counts for products using my inventory software.
As a test of your attention to detail, include the words “chipmunk party” in the first paragraph of your email.
Maintaining a clean and organized work space and studio (this may include taking out the trash, sweeping & dusting workspace, etc.)
Taking notice of stock and items that need to be replenished/re-ordered and assuring that stored materials are well organized and labeled appropriately.
Potentially meeting customers for in-store pickups and assisting in preparing a retail space.
Continually looking for ways to improve and streamline shop processes.

Other Details

This job requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, and the occasional heavy box pick-up.
Our company is in a transition period of moving so the studio will be a blank slate to help organize. Individuals who are self-starters and full of ideas will thrive.
You may be working alone for some periods of time.
BONUS POINTS: You are familiar with Adobe Suite, Shipstation, or Trunk Inventory.
Hours are flexible.
This is considered an independent contractor position. Payment is $15 an hour.
